Hi, gmail by a mile!
If you want it to feed into an e-mail programme like outlook or
whatever, this can be set up very simply.
If you want to use it as a web based tool - as I do, that's really easy too.
Its the most accessible and the fastest mail service available.
Its the best for keeping spam down and for putting what spam you do
get in its proper place.

Best of all, you never have to delete anything again - archive it all.
