downloading Jaws 8 from the Internet

Hi
I am not living in the United States. I shall only receive my CD's of Jaws
8 towards the end of December or somewhere during January.
Jaws 8 however is available to be downloaded from the Freedom Scientific
website.
(Of course I shall not have the benefit of the "real Speak" option which
comes as part of Jaws 8 until I actually have that CD).
Apart from this, are there any negatives/disadvantages/problems to install
Jaws 8 via this download way instead of waiting for my two CD's?
