John,
It would seem to me that JAWS will work about the same, regardless of
dialup or broadband. Obviously the main difference is the improved
throughput of broadband and the maintenance of sanity!! It might be wise
to shop around: SBC offers DSL in my area for under $20 and there may be
other low priced options.
