It might say screen saver if the monitor is set to go to sleep in power
options.

What I'm wondering is, if you had your sscreensaver set to none, then why
would JAWS say screen saver? You're using xp, so it's entirely possible
that another member of the house made a change to it without your
knowledge. Or if you're the only one using it, it's entirely possible that
the setting was changed so that you would have a screensaver, who knows
with Dell computers? I would go back and double check that a screensaver
isn't active. As for deleting support messages, I wouldn't worry about
that. You can still call tech support and find out one way or another as
well.
