Hi,
Below is what I cut and pasted here from your e-mail. I just used the
Shift+DownArrow to select it, and Control+C for Copy, and Control+V to paste
it below.
Perhaps there is something in the help file in OE about this.

Hi Glenna,
I tried using those commands in OE as well but found that they are grayed in
the edit menu.
I tried with a message that I received, as well as one one I was going to
send, but it didn't make any difference.
Perhaps there is something in the help file in OE about this.
