Re: creating web site

Hi Judith,
I believe there was a different lister that I gave that info to,but to
answer your question...
Javascripts are little snippets of code to add to a web page that can offer
a little extra interactivity.

for example, you could automatically print a unique welcome message on your
web page that may be different every time a visitor views your site. You
could have your site display the durrent time/date, add form fields or
selection boxes instead of a link bar. Use buttons instead of text links
even play games.

Being a beginner, I wouldn't worry much about in for now, but it is
definitely something that can enhance your web page. On a sour note though,
not all Javascripts are screen reader compatible. It depends on how they are
written.
