Good enough. I do those for work as is so I will drop the curiosity now.

It's easy enough. You can go into the table menu in Word and use the insert
submenu to add columns and or rows.

Subject: creating charts

Has anyone created charts before? Someone told me you can create charts in
word is this true? If so, is it an inaccessible venture?

If chart creation in word is a no no then excel would be the next best
thing?

Thanks for any input
