Absolutely not. Any program including JAWS must be actually installed into the 
operating system while the operating system is operating.

  is it possible to copy jaws and other programs from the c drive to the d 
drive then installing windows 7 on the c drive,  then transferring the programs 
back? if yes how do I do that?
