collapsed in outlook express

Hi everyone:
while checking mail in Outlook Express I accidently pressed control+h, and JAWS
said collapsed, and many of my messages put themselves into odd places, and
some of them I didn't even see. I thought that pressing the keystroke again
would bring me back to some normalcy, but that wasn't the case. does anyone
know anything about collapsed messages?
