It will only say collapsed or expanded if you have messages grouped by
conversation. To do this go to the view menu, enter on current view, up
arrow to group by conversation and hit enter.

Hi guys, I'm running JFW5.1 with Windows XP Home Edition and am having a
problem, where when in the list of emails, jaws will not say colapsed or
expanded. It will say unread, after I've read the email, and that's how
I
know that it's colapsed. I've tried locating the graphic, to see if it's
not
labeled properly, but I can't find it. Does any one else have this
problem?
Is there something in my view settings that I need to tweek. Thanks in
advanse for any help with this issue.
