Dave, I know I am not the originator of this threat, but I tried what you suggested. When I tab to delete the keyboard entries, there is no keyboard entries in iTunes. Non at all. Any suggestions. If one keystroke can be created for fastforward and rewine on iTunes the posibilities are endless of the amount of costumizations that one can generate on programs hard to navigate.

Ali, When ITunes is up and running, press Insert + F2 and select Keyboard Manager from the list. This will probably be the default so you will need to do the following: Alt+f, then n for new. Arrow or press the letter i until you hear ITunes and press Enter. Now you have a Keyboard file specifically for ITunes, based on the default settings. Tab to get to the list of key combinations and arrow until you find the Alt+Ctrl+Arrow and press delete. Repeat for the other keystrokes that conflict with ITunes. When finished, Alt+f then x to exit. Automatically saved. See if that works.
