Tom: I haven't used that particular alias; however, in Word (and perhaps elsewhere), there is a peculiar font called small caps. The text is in capital letters, but about half height. We used to use that font for the "method of delivery" line on our template letters. I guess some people like it, and I'll bet the alias is intended to identify that particular font. ________________________________ From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Bissett, Tom Sent: Thursday, March 24, 2011 8:26 AM To: 'jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: caps Hi I am trying to set up a voice profile and I see there is a smallCapsVoice. What are small caps or is this just a name they have given the alias.
