From what I hear, jaws 9 has extensive support for outlook calendar. Even
beyound what it has now in a different way than it does now. So, there
will
probably be a new tutorial (at least in the help files) on how to run
it...

Yes, but concerning the calendar in outlook, no jaws tutorials any longer

help learn how to use it, set it up.
I am not good at using outlook because I no longer have anything to

Personally, I find the calendar in Microsoft Outlook (not outlook
express) to be quite good.
It does alerts, recurring appointments using a variety of
periodicities and just plane old simple entries. And, I can send
myself calendar notes from work to home and vis versa. Outlook also
has a tasks management feature as well.
