I read about this thread was delighted to learn of the JAWS kestroke.
I tried it on my Acer Netbook.
At first I got the "battery status not found" spoken response from JAWS.
Then I checked again after I unplugged my AC connection.
Then the keystroke read xx percent remaining.
Hope that is what the result will be for you Harmony.
I have lots of things happen that I can never explain.
Often it is decipherable. Sometimes the mystery just lives on. (smile)
No matter what version of JAWS, or which pc I use, I have focus problems,
and more. My hair is getting thin from age, and from my blessed technology,
or my inability to understand it all. (smiling when I can!)

this keystroke, I'm told that battery status is not found. Not a real
problem, because I can just access systray with Insert F11, and get
battery status from there. But in any case I do still wonder why Jaws
key +shift +B will not work at least on this system. any ideas?
