Liz, I used to use XDrive, but it was the users area of the web site that was the pain in the rear.

  Subject: backup and recovery software

  Hey Guys:

What do any of you use as software for the backup and recovery of your hard drives? I am going to be purchasing two mnore hard drives one to store downloaded data and one for doing backups of my drives should my computer up and crash. My original hard drive is going to be for software only. The software I tried was acronis but it didn?t seem too jaws friendly. Any ideas? Thanks.
