Hi,
I read some of the material, but it would take a lot of time to evaluate this
feature, but it appears that it can cause problems. It is no substitute for
normal saving of documents as you work. The article advised to clear out old
W.Bk files occasionally as they can fill up your disk.

You have to have some kind of autosave or backup enabled. More here

      Hi judith,
I do not know what is Windows Auto Recovery. I have never encountered
this problem. Perhaps someone else on the list can assist you.

What is windows auto recovery? How can you access it? My computer
crashes and I'm told that some documents have been placed there. I just don't
know how to access them. Thanks, Judith
