another settings question

Using JAWS5.1 when arrowing through my list of e-mail messages, I hear the
name, subject, date, then ... Also, when using Winmx, I hear the name of the
song, and instead of hearing how many are available, I hear ... I haven't
had this problem before, what setting would take out the ... and everything
would be read? thank you
