Hi Amber, Almost forgot. Uncheck the check box stating display PDF in web browser. Best is to have the document to open in the Adobe Reader. You can make this change by going to "preferences" within Adobe Reader (ctrl + K). Then, select "internet" from the list. Then, tab to the check box. Also, if you just get a message through JAWS that simply says something like please wait or processing, your document is probably tagged correctly. Having JAWS read only the visible page might still help speed up the processing. Again, hope this helps.
