add contact on yahoo messenger 8.1 for jaws 8.0

Hello Everybody,
I'm still having problem add id in contact list ,I press shift + ctrl +a for 
apple ,jaws say type in the id or e-mail address ,so I put in the name of my 
friend id and after i put in id then I press enter ,then jaws say next greater 
button then I press the spacebar,the window disappear ,I had to alt tab to get 
back to the window and the next thing the window disappear again ,then I press 
alt tab to get back to the window  and it disappear agin. I haven't finished 
with the add contact then I press window + m for mary,then hit the letter y for 
yahoo messenger ,then window didn't come on til I press alt tab and jaws say 
add a contact then I tab to finish and my friend id didn't added in the contact 
list. I need some help from somebody and I wish somebody call me or you can 
give me your phone number,I will be glad to call you to see if you can help me 
with this matter. I really appreciate if someone help me.
