Nothing, assuming you're set as an administrator on that computer. It would skip the login prompt altogether... as it is, all that's there for is so you can pick between the two accounts and, optionally, add a password. Of course, you'll still have to run JAWS the way you do now either way, but then you won't need to have it start automaticly for you to log in.

Well, that works, *if* you are the only person who uses that computer. But it sounds like she's using the computer in question at work, so that's obviously not an option.

This is pretty unfamiliar territory for me, but I went into control
panel, user accounts and simply deleted the accounts that were not me as
administrator. I do not have the XP logon screen at startup.

Unfortunately, the short and simple answer is you can't. The only way around this would be to set up your computer so that it uses the older style login screen, a la Windows ME and earlier, or setting JFW up to start before you log in. A thread was going round on this list a while back regarding getting rid of the Windows XP login screen for purposes of making it more useable with JFW. In my honest opinion, it's more useable in general-I prefer entering my login info rather than looking for it among a list of already existing ones.
