Hello Dave, I have checked the "editing options" part of the vervosaty dialog
box with IBM, but it appears there isn't an option for what I am looking for.
What do I need to do hear? It would be great if you could explore this as well
to see if I have over looked anything.
Many Thanks
Daniel

At least for MS-Word, you press Insert+V then find a feature that turns off
spell-checking. Should be under editing options.
Don't know if this is available with IBM Lotus.

Dear list members regarding my question earlyer today about enabling this
feature. I have now done this. But I hit another snag. What it is when jaws
encounters a mis-spelt word it says "mis-spelt" or something like that. I was
wondering is there a way I can turn this off in jaws? Because when I tryed out
NVDA that didn't detect the "mis-spelt word" and it can get really annoying! I
mean I know when I have mis-spelt something! LOL Jaws doesn't need to say it
for me.
Many Thanks
Daniel

Subject: a spell check question with the IBM Lotus Symphony programme
Hi all list members, I posted a while ago about this question I have but
recieved no answers, so I will try again.
What it is I am wanting this programme to do is like you know when you
misspell a word in office (whatever version you are using) for the purpose of
this I am using Office 2007. When I don't get a spelling right I like to go
back to the indevidual word when I am spell checking my document and hit the
application key and you are given a list of sergestions to choese from and in
turn hopefully correct it.
So what I am saying is this feature avadable in the IBM Lotus Symphony
programmes?
Is there somewhere where I have to enable it?
Look forward to hearing your replys.
Thanks
Daniel
