That's because the author of the page doesn't know jack about html coding, proper style and should pick a different day job! From what I can see simply reading from top to bottom is the best way to read this table. It appears that the table shows the software with a rating of 4 then the software with a rating of 5 and so on. Do a google search for the w3c validation service type the url of this page in the edit field and see if it complains. Send those results to the page maintainer along with your gripees.. Complaining is the only stimulant for progress.
