Hi Morey, The one I'm talking about only applies to documents and its not apply when you want to copy a program shortcut or files. For windows vista, I do not know how to put a shortcut into desktop etc because I'm not using Vista. Maybe some listers here can help you with that. ________________ This e-mail (and any attachment) is intended for the addressee(s) only and may contain information that is legally privileged and confidential. I have a verbosity problem which really does have something to do with this thread. I am using Jaws9, newest release and Windows Vista. If I go to a list of the programs, open it, and down arrow to one I wish to choose, I cannot choose it because it is not highlighted. I cannot even press the alt key to get to a menu bar. I have tried the application key, but nothing in there about sending to desktop.I want to make a shortcut to the desktop for this item. I have pressed Ctrl/C to copy to clipboard but nessage comes up saying nothing selected. I have verbosity set to beginner, but cannot find anything in there about the cursor settings you mentioned before. I have tried the shift/insert/v keystroke but nothing happens. This sure does sound like my verbosity settings are having a issue. Any thoughts?
