hi. What is probably going on is that someone, I don't know who, but someone has signed up with one of these anti-spam services that requires verification. I mean, take a look at the subject line. your e-mail requires verification and then a series of numbers and letters, probably some kind of code that lets the service know that the e-mail address has been verified. what this person needs to do is set it up so that the e-mail address of the list, not the individual people on the list, but the address that messages are sent to the list is included in their allowed list so that people won't continually get these really annoying messages. list owners such as myself don't like to have to deal with these especially, because it only confuses people and a lot of people think they've been kicked off for no aparent reason. I'm not the owner of this list, i mean James is doing a great job on his own, so it's his decision as to how to handle this, but that's what my take on it is.

Hi,

I don't know about this message but I got it and I was removed from another
list for no apparent reason. I am very perplexed. I don't have a virus so
what's the deal?
