Hi Francis,
Accessing Yahoo Mail with Jaws isn't that easy, too many keystrokes! About two
weeks ago, I've decided to migrate it to Outlook Express 6 and now, it's fully
accessible and I can enjoy reading my messages without pain. Tell your friend
to go to Yahoo Mail site, Mail Options, Pop Access and Forwarding, and follow
the instructions. Then create a new identity in Outlook and setup a Yahoo
Account using the info from Yahoo site. Let me know if you need more details.
Good luck,
Adam

Has anyone had experience in using Yahoo mail with JAWS 6? A friend of mine
has Yahoo mail and is experiencing difficulty in getting it to work. In
particular, the function buttons and moving from one folder to another are
  of interest to her.

  Thanks!

  Francis
