No ignorance, I wasn't very clear. What I meant was that it's a lot easier
giving tech support if the person whom you're helping has their computer
set up tin a standard way that you're expecting, so responses are easier
to predict. If everyone is set up in classic view, then FS can have their
computers set up in classic views and can better predict the response of
the client's computer. They probably assumed (a fair assumption) that most
people would prefer the classic view and ran with it. I hope this is a
little clearer, and I do know that this is really mostly speculation on my
part.
