The language itself does not have general file I/O (it does have some
stuff for working with INI files), but you can use the windows'
scripting FileSystem objects (documented at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/6kxy1a51%28v=VS.85%29.aspx ).

You get a reference to one of those objects with CreateObject/CreateObjectEx
