I usual use ALT + F to get me in the file menu, then press CTRL + TAB which
moves me on to that toolbar with the importance buttons on, then I think I
use arrow keys or tab to move between the buttons.

I need to send a email with high importance. Please will some one tell me is
there a key stroke for that feature?  Or do I need to go in to options every
