Oh thank you so much Dean, I knew I was forgetting something very basic, 
smile.  I kept trying the alt shift f10, but no go of course.  The windows 
application key or shift f10 did the trick.  Thanks again, now I can go to 
lunch knowing the mystery has been solved, smile.

Try putting the cursor on a spot in the document where there is a
change and hit the application key and choose from the context menu.
