I know that with jaws 7.1, and this took some getting used to, I hit
shift f7 and the first option that comes up is
"research". Sometimes you tab again and get other options, many of
which I haven't figured out, and if you tab one or two more times
you get to thesaurus for the word your cursor is on. For each tab
you get another synonym for that word and the next button is that
word plus the word button meaning that if you hit that button that
option will appear in your document. I hope I made myself clear and
that this helps.
