Often with these things I will route the jaws cursor to the pc cursor and left click on the item. I find this works in most cases. Tab did not work, space bar did not work, alt up arrow did not work. How I solved it was to hit enter on the list, then arrow up and down, and when I found my selection, I hit enter again. That saved it. Thank you for your suggestions. ________________________________ From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Dave Carlson Sent: Wednesday, January 21, 2009 10:21 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: Word 2003 And list Boxes Hello, I thought that after you use Alt-downArroe you would then use the down/up arrow to browse the list. When you have your selection I recommend using tab to jump to the next part of the table - I think that will save your selection. I am using Jaws 9 and Word 2003. I am navigating in a table, and I have a list box with 6 choices. How do I make my choice within the list box within the table? I use the alt + down arrow key to enter the list box, but I don't know how to make my choice. When I alt up arrow to leave the list box, my choice is not maintained. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Eric.
