Yes, I've experience similar circumstances in MS Access, when I hit tab from
the object list, this randomly happens. I think I can typically, hit shift
tab, wait a few seconds, and then hit tabl, to get where it' should have
gone the first time.

My wife has outlook 2007 at work and when she tabs to the folder list,
jaws says wonderbar. At that point she sees none of her folders and it is
as iff the tab and arrow keys get stuck. Has anone else encountered
something like this.
