The file you sent me did not have a dat extension. I went into My Computer to show extensions but that particular file just said Hosts. Thanks.

hello robbie, did you remember to take the dat extention of the patch file. if you did not then remove the dat and put it in the following,

c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

if you have this in your folder just replace it with this and restart the computer and winmx should connect after about 1 minute.
