Subject: Windows update Jaws oddity
Hi, listers,
This morning I had the latest Windows updates to install. Windows automatically installed them and rebooted my computer. Now when Jaws comes up automatically it is very sluggish. In any application it takes close to a full second for Jaws to speak when I press an arrow key or type a key.
Has anyone else run into this? I am runing Jaws 7.0 on a Windows 2000 computer.
Thanks
Sincerely, Allen Maynard Instructor, Internet Beyond the Basics pilot Access Technology Specialist Hadley School for the Blind E-Mail: allen@xxxxxxxxxx Phone: 847-784-2803
