hi Peter,

if you decided to play that audio/video cd with computer, you can burn as fast 
as your writer can support, but if you decided to 
play it using your ordinary CD/dvd player, the faster speed you burn the more 
chances the cds will skip. again, maybe it will not 
happen to your cd/dvd player but if you share that cd with your friends, it 
might happen.

Would you mind explaining the reason for not using faster speeds as i
understand the quality of the music for example isn't any better. I assume
it just makes it a more reliable process and less likely to throw up errors.

I'm learning a lot on this email group, keep up the great info everyone. I
thought I knew most things about JAWS until a few days ago. The JAWS user
sites have been a godsend also. I've never used scripts before and suddenly
have found access to applications I could never access before.
