Okay. I never knew what you're explaining about some ISP's blocking things 
in that way. Why they should, I have no idea, but that's beyond the scope of

The point is, some ISP's block ftp servers or it also might be a setting in
IE that prohibits that type from downloading.  That's why they have tow
links.  Both have the same exact content which is obvious.  And yes it's
Celtic and also jaws hated it for the longest time.
