Siobhan, I of course noticed the difference in what they said, that way, but you know, I've never understood what the difference is between two links like that. I mean, by definition. What's the purpose of having some programs available to download from one type of server, and others from an HTML Web site? I mean, what's the basic purpose? P.S. I just ran the cursor over your name character by character for the first time, and was surprised, having assumed something very different from hearing jaws pronounce it, even if jhaws is doing it okay. Is it Celtic? With a hard C, of course? Thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Siobhan" <littlesailorgirl@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, January 02, 2007 2:55 PM Subject: Re: Which Jaws 8 to download? It's just either an ftp or file download link from a server or http from the webs site itself, either one works fine. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Yardbird" <yardbird@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "JFW List" <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, January 02, 2007 5:53 PM Subject: Which Jaws 8 to download? >I currently use Jaws 7, and I've decided to download and install Jaws 8 > instead of waiting any longer for my SMA CD.
