I am currently using Eudora and think it is probably one of the best email clients i have ever used with a screen reader.
I have used Windows Live Mail 2011 and I like that very much as well even though FS have not made it accessible it is useable with keystrokes unheard of anywhere apart from the likes of a few really good users that informed us all of these unseen keystrokes.
