What about kazaa?

Hello everyone: 

I just read an E-mail sent to the list serve regarding kazaa.  I remember them 
a couple of years ago, but when I found out about all the secret files on the 
kazaa program,  deleted the file from my PC, and never reinstalled it again.  
What I want to find out is; are those files now gone permanently?  Are there 
scripts that will allow JAWS to work with kazaa?  Are there any fees now to
