Ben, Instead of announcing the foreign letter, in this case, "Shin", what if they read the entire sentence in the language it was written in without announcing each letter? For example, there is a web site, "Aishe.com". Jaws reads the foreign word "Aishe" as it is written in English, but what if it read the same Hebrew word using Hebrew characters without announcing each letter? As some already may know, I'm very big on languages. I don't know how this is done, but Windoweyes 7 speaks the name of the unicode character as it sees it, pretty much no matter the writing system.
