It might be a prudent move on the part of list management to again define what constitutes a JAWS issue. There are several schools of thought here. One is that if you're trying to use it with JAWS, it is a JAWS issue. This would mean that any software issue whatsoever is up for discussion. Then there are narrower views. List management should, in my view, define things relatively clearly and be consistent in enforcement of those definitions.
