Weird OE problem

Hi all,
I don't know what I have done to my OE, but my OE in box shows only half the 
number of messages that are shown at the site of my web-based e-mail. I mean, 
suddenly, half the messages in my OE in box are missing. But they haven't been 
deleted from the web site!
Does anyone have any ideas? And, if so, can you provide the JAWS keystrokes for 
dealing with the situation?

It happened at about the same time that I started having problems with 
collapsed threads, as mentioned in another message.
