Can't you add it to the dictionary file? I did this when I was using 7.0
I think because I had someone always sending me that word.

hi all,
Thanks to this Amy or whoever this is she has made JAWS 8.0.423 demo
crash more frequently! There was an e-mail she sent out which has a
subject line beginning with h, and this is making JAWS crash so much
that I'm a bit scared now. I'm having to use either Narrator or NVDA
just to delete the damn thing. Sorry if I sound demanding, but mods if
you see any of this please deal with this as soon as possible. Thank
