Hi. Another thing you might be able to do, is to use another screenreader, and find out exactly how the offending subject line is spelled,and then copy the subject line to the clipboard. Next, restart JAWS, and then go into dictionary manager, and change it to another word that won't make JAWS shut down. Of course, the next best idea to all that is to simply do a mass delete and the offending messages will be gone, or use another synthesizer other than eloquence like I mentioned. Yep, I know it's not fare to have to do this, but at the moment, some people are having the problem and some aren't so there really is no easy solution, other than to use something you know works, instead of something that doesn't. It still might not be a bad idea to change the offending word or words in the config manager so that if this crap ever happens again, and you know it probably will, you'll be prepared.

So, although the autopreview thing may work for some, it won't work for others as their e-mail clients may be set to show the subject line in their message lists.
