Hi Jerry;
Thanks for letting me know this. Maybe the reason my volume shows in my list is 
because it is already in my systray. 

I had found this when I could not access jaws via my systray. I am not sure 
that my jaws is showing because of my setting change or because I've used it 
recently.

       After I click Customize and the list appears I see 17 items but nothing
