Voices

Hello everyone,
I have just received my CD's, I really like the new voices. But, I have a
question, Why do I have 2 different voices? I would like everything to be in
the same voice. For instance, when I down arror through my messages in
Outlook it will say unread in in voicesubject in a different one. read
the sender's name and subject in one.
