Hi,
Sorry I am not using Vista, but I hear some o fthe navigation keys on the Internet are broken with JAWS currently like for example the "s" keystroke for moving to the next same link which can be a very fast means of going through a web site efficiently. Yes, I obviously knowall the other navigation keys.

Hi jaws and vista works grate.  Install vista if need be install jaws make
no change to vista just start using it and it works just grate. That is one 
thing I love about vista you do not need to worry about video drivers with
jaws it has its own.  You do not have to change anything just like xp just
get it and use it.

I think, this is the best place to ask how vista is working with Jaws 8? I
once tried a system with vista, an x.p.s. 1710m laptop. The laptop was
awesom, but Jaws working with vista at the time was a nightmare.
Has this gotten better? My experience has been that vista and Jaws together is slow. super slow. I was told it may be the sound card, driver, and a few 
updates which micro soft has recently applied to xp, and vista, but which
seemed to effect vista even without Jaws, and for sure with Jaws.
Only one system is worth buying in my opinion that still offers xp pro. That
is the Dell XPS 410 desktop. This is the last solid system Dell offers with 
xp pro, and of course, if I knew Jaws 8 somehow has gotten better with
vista, I'd not feel so boxed in when considering a new system.

Can anyone here give me any idea of their experience with vista and Jaws?
