As far as I know, JAWS is not officially supported under Windows Vista. To my knowledge, the only screenreaders that officially support Vista are Window-eyes, Hal, and I dunno if you'd even count this as a an official screenreader, but Freedom Box System Access is also supported under Vista. It's too bad that FS appears to have dropped the ball on this one.
