Oh. So you mean there isn't a special technique for circumscribing and
isolating exactly the area of the screen you wish to copy to clipboard,
nothing fancy involving the Jaws cursor and a sequence of arcane
incantations chanted while dancing around a pentagonal design in the floor
of the medieval FS turret, high above the snowbound streets of Tsarist-era
St. Petersburg? Okay, I'll try.

I can't help you with help, but after the window is virtualized, you can
use normal reading commands and can copy stuff. Try it with the "About
Jaws" command in the Jaws menue. When you are finished, hit escape to
return to where you were.

Hi Allen,

Thanks for reminding me of the keystroke, but I can't remember the rest
of
the technique. I can't remember what you do after that. That is why I
would
like to know where this topic is referenced in the Jaws help.

thanks again.

Hi,

Some time ago, someone here explained how you can virtualize a portion
of
what's on your screen that you ordinarily couldn't select and copy, in
order
to do that. But I've forgotten the technique, even though I tried it out
a
few times back then. I'd love to be able to review this procedure. Does
anyone know if there's a reference to it in the Jaws Help and, if so,
under
which book and topic?

Thanks.
