VISTA Windows Mail Questions

First, is there a "tips and tricks" tutorial anywhere that deals with
Windows Mail?
Also, I imported my Outlook Express Contacts list to Windows Mail but I do
not know how to easily access it. I have gone to the tools menu and made
sure that the box to automatically complete email addresses is check. Yet,
when I open a new message and start to type in an email address, it does not
complete it. Any suggestions on accessing the address book or general
suggestions would be appreciated.
